My oldest daughter, was around two years old when she named her first doll, LemonMella and my sister and I both agreed that it sounded like a fun business name. I spent the next several years collecting ideas for how to best honor such a creative and special name. It has been a long journey with more detours than I can count but I was finally able to combine my love of graphic design, art, marketing and love of fun and whimsical patterns into a creative career that my girls can be a part of. You will see their artwork pop up here too from time to time, with credit of course with our real life sprinkled throughout, from finding that creative spark to managing a chronic illness in the midst of building a life.
